DATAPREPREP Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities that arise between 주식회사 비터틸 (the “Company”), which operates “DATAPREPREP” (the “Service”), and customers who consult with the Company through a contact channel and then pay by the method the Company specifies in order to use the Service.

2. Services

The Company provides the following services.

• Production of document assets that can be cited in search engines’ generative answers
• Indexing of the produced assets and checks of their status
• Building an external reference network that supports the produced assets
• Brand entity cleanup
• Status reports at kickoff and at completion

What the Company performs is the deliverables above. Whether search engines cite the assets, and how they display them, is not part of the Company’s performance.

3. Contract and payment

• Engagements proceed in this order: inquiry, consultation, kickoff design, main contract
• The kickoff design fee is deducted in full when the main contract is signed
• No performance-based fees apply, and contracts contain no performance conditions

4. Refunds and cancellation

• Before production begins: full refund available
• After production begins: no refund
• Assets already published and indexed: excluded from refunds
• Refunds and cancellations follow the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws

5. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate information
• Do not request production of illegal or inappropriate content
• Bear legal responsibility for materials you provide (images, manuscripts and the like)

6. Company obligations

The Company faithfully carries out the production specifications stated in the contract and protects customers’ personal information. However, the Company is not liable for indexing delays or changes in visibility caused by reasons beyond its control, such as search engine policy changes, algorithm changes or technical problems.

7. Disclaimers

• The Company is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of materials provided by the customer.
• Search result positions, whether content is displayed, and whether generative answers cite it are decided by search engines and are not part of the Company’s performance.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised when necessary. Revisions will be posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
