Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of processing

The Company collects and uses the minimum personal information needed for smooth consultation, contract processing, service delivery and payment and refund handling, in the course of customers contacting us through the website contact form or KakaoTalk Open Chat and then paying by bank transfer to use the service.

2. Personal information collected

• Required: email address, website or blog URL
• Optional: industry and main business region, current marketing activities
• Optional: materials related to the service request (images, manuscripts, keywords and the like)
• If you contact us through KakaoTalk Open Chat: your Open Chat ID and whatever you share in the conversation

3. Retention period

• Kept for 3 months after the service is completed, then destroyed
• Records of contracts and payments: 5 years (retention required by law)
• Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years (retention required by law)

4. Provision to third parties

As a rule, personal information is not provided to outside parties. It may be provided when required by law or with the customer’s consent. Information collected automatically for usage analytics is described separately in Section 6.

5. Entrustment of processing

• Processor: Supabase / Entrusted task: storing and retaining inquiry content (storage location: Seoul region, Republic of Korea)
• Processor: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) / Entrusted task: sending inquiry notification emails
• Overseas transfer for notification emails. Recipient and country: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, United States); Items: email address, website or blog URL, industry and main business region, current marketing; Timing and method: transmitted over information and communications networks when an inquiry is submitted; Purpose: notifying Company staff of a new inquiry; Retention: according to the recipient’s policy (the Company’s own retention periods are in Section 3)

There is no other entrustment. If entrustment becomes necessary, it will be limited and made only after obtaining prior consent.

6. Automatic collection and usage analytics

The Company uses Google Analytics to analyze how the website is used. In this process, information is collected automatically and transmitted to that provider. Information that directly identifies users, such as name, contact details or email address, is not included in what is transmitted.

• Items collected: pages visited, time of visit, browser information, IP address and the approximate location derived from it
• Collection method: measurement scripts and cookies installed on the website
• Purpose: analyzing usage and improving the service
• Recipient and country: Google LLC (United States), transmitted over information and communications networks
• Retention: according to the recipient’s policy; the Company keeps no separate copy

You can refuse this collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings, and refusing does not restrict your use of the service.

7. Destruction of personal information

• Electronic files: deleted using methods that prevent recovery
• Paper documents: shredded

8. Customer rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Doing so may limit the service we can provide.
